Massage is the practice of soft and deep tissue manipulation with physical (anatomical), functional (physiological), and in some cases psychological purposes. Body tissues that we treat include muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and other connective tissues. Massage can be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows and forearm.

Myofascial Cupping is an ancient Chinese technique in which glass, plastic or bamboo cups are applied to acupuncture points and parts of the body that are affected by pain, tightness or significant restriction.

These cups are then moved over the skin, drawing blood from the vessels into the restricted tissue resulting in the following benefits:
